Rappelling in Ramon Crater

The Makhtesh Ramon rappelling site is beside the visitor centre in Mitzpe Ramon, on the edge of the crater. Several descent stations can be set up at different heights. The breathtaking view from the top of the cliff greatly heightens the sense of challenge and adds to the experience.

• Introductory rappel: a 15-metre descent, one rappel per participant.
• High rappel: a 30-metre descent, one rappel per participant.
• Combined package: the introductory and high descents, two rappels per participant.

The activity is not suitable during pregnancy or for people with back problems. Please tell our office about any individual needs before arranging the activity.
